BlackBerry® allows you to manage up to 10 email accounts including ISP, POP3, AOL, MSN Hotmail and IMAP accounts. What’s more, BlackBerry® uses “push” technology so incoming emails are automatically sent to the handheld without the hassle of having to request and download new messages. Using a web-based interface you can set the Sent From and Reply To email address for the handheld so that mail sent/received are processed from your selected email account.

The BlackBerry 7290 lets you read email attachments created with applications including Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint, ZIP, HTML, Corel, WordPerfect, Adobe PDF and ASCII.

Perfectly functional as a phone, the handheld supports Tri-band voice services. It also provides Short Messaging Service (SMS) so you can exchange short text messages with other SMS-enabled devices.

The handheld works like your personal organizer, offering you desktop functions such as Calendar, Address Book, Memo Pad and Tasklist for maximum efficiency.
