6800800 - Mobile Bill Enquiry
Calling 6800800 from any telephone is one of the various channels of CTM's Mobile Bill Enquiry Service. You can listen or receive a fax of the most recent issued bill or you may listen to the remaining free airtime of your Mobile Service.
Plus, you can register automatically for the Bill Issue Alert Service with which you will be notified every month of the latest issued mobile bill balance, payment due date, mobile number and account number via SMS.
Remarks:
* The default language of 6800800 is dependent on your bill language (English, Cantonese or Portuguese).
* Calls made from a fixed line telephone will require to input a password which is the last 4 digits of the SIM Card number.
* 6800801 supports Mandarin and calling from a mobile phone only.
6800166 - Soccer
This service is especially dedicated for soccer fans. If you want to know the latest soccer news, you can call 6800166 from your mobile phone and choose to listen to live soccer match results, analysis before the match, soccer match schedule or register to activate or deactivate the reception of soccer match results. 6800133 - CTM Bonus Points Scheme Enquiry Hotline
CTM Mobile Customers can call the hotline at 6800133 from any telephone to activate the Bonus Points Account, check bonus points, expiry date or redeem bonus points for gifts anytime. (Cantonese, English, Portuguese)
Remarks:
* Customers will require to input a password which is the last 4 digits of the SIM Card number to activate the Bonus Points Account.
6800555 - Personal Assistant Service
Personal Assistant Service Customers can check the messages received, modify the personal welcome message or change the password by simply calling 6800555 from the mobile phone. In addition, you can change the selected free SMS information such as news, weather, mark six or soccer results. (Cantonese, English)
6800288 - Money InfoLine
By calling 6800288 from your mobile phone or 9002288 from any fixed telephone line, you can listen to the latest information including live audio coverage of the Macau horse racing, dog racing, updated odds, race results and dividends, special pool dividends and past race results from up to a month. * Fixed line telephone must have IDD service and are charged at MOP0.1 for every 6 seconds.
* All horse racing information is provided directly from the Macau Jockey Club.
* All dog racing information is provided directly from the Macau Canidrome.

This service is especially useful when you forget to bring your mobile phone or when your mobile phone has run out of battery. Just call 6800210 from your mobile phone or any fixed line telephone for activation or deactivation of the Follow-me Service, then you can forward all your incoming calls to any telephone. 6800168 - Mobile Magazine 168

68* - Móvel MAIS & no.1 Club Offers Hotline
By calling 68* from your mobile phone, you can choose to receive weather broadcast via SMS.
6800123 - Mobile Value-added Service Information
By calling 6800123, you can obtain detailed information on the usage of various Value-added Services by voice or fax-on-demand for your Mobile Services. (Cantonese, English, Portuguese)
6800311- Move Car Express Service
There are times when you find yourself the need to park your car that may block the way of others. As a CTM Mobile Customer, you don't have to worry. You can just subscribe the Move Car Express Service at CTM and receive a sticker for your car windshield. Whenever the above situation occurs, other parties can call the Hotline: 6800311 from any telephone. Then you will receive a short message at once, informing you to move your car immediately.
