Fixed Telephony Services

Assuming access can be gained to the customer's premises as scheduled, we can install your residential telephone line within 7 working days of registration or on the date agreed with you. If we cannot connect the service for you on time, you are entitled to a month's free line rental charge.

Mobile Services

Our mobile phones, telephones and other equipment strictly adhere to international standards and specifications. If any of our equipment is not functioning, so long as the problem is not due to any negligence or misuse you can return it in original condition within 7 days and we will replace it.

Upon the purchase of a mobile phone and apply mobile service from CTM, your service will be activated within two working days. If we cannot activate your mobile service as provided, you can claim 100 minutes of free local airtime.

Internet Services

Register with CTM's Internet service from any of CTM shops, your account will be activated within 2 working days. If we cannot connect the service for you as promised, you are entitled to one month's free Internet service charge.

EXCELLENT NETWORK QUALITY

Fixed Telephony Services

Our guarantee is the best IDD connection or your money back. So if you encounter static or any other poor line quality on our 00 or 01 service, report the problem within an hour of the call made and CTM will deduct 1 minute's charge from that call.

Mobile Services

CTM prides itself on the excellent quality of our mobile phone reception. If you encounter a poor connection, you can report the quality problem within an hour of the call made and CTM will follow up and credit you with 1 minute of free local airtime.

Internet Services

We make Internet access easy and enjoyable. Our dial-up service is tested to reach the best quality. We strive hard to ensure your connections are available and efficient. Whenever you cannot access the Internet due to a system lockout and the service cannot be resumed within half an hour after reporting the fault to our 'Helpdesk', we will credit you with one-hour usage charge free.


ACCURATE BILLING

Part of our world-class customer service involves accurate billing records, timely payment reminders and continuous development of automated payment channel -- bringing you the greatest flexibility and convenience. If you specify a billing address on your fixed or mobile telephone application form and we incorrectly address your bill, you can claim one-month free fixed telephone rental or 100 minutes of free mobile local airtime.

If you always pay your bills on time, we promise to remind you of any occasional overdue payment through our advanced computer voice system before disconnecting the service. If we cannot provide you with a reminder, the reconnection fee is free of charge.


EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE

Fixed Telephony Services

Assuming access can be gained to the customer's premises, repairs to your fixed telephone line will be completed by the end of the next working day or the date agreed with you. If we fail to repair your telephone line on time as discussed, you can claim one-month's free line rental.

Mobile Services

We are dedicated to keeping you communicated by maintaining your mobile phone connection. If the repairing of your CTM handset takes more than 3 working days, CTM will loan you a free replacement. If the same problem/symptom occurs again within a month, so long as the fault is not caused by any negligence or misuse CTM will waive any maintenance charge and again fix your phone free-of-charge.

Internet Services

We aim to keep you connected to the 'information superhighway' of the Internet. If you encounter any difficulty with your set-up or connection, our on-site support team is available to restore your home or office link to the world-wide-web within 3 working days. If we cannot provide you with the support service as promised, you can claim for a free of charge of the support service. In the event of a recurring problem, you will not be charged for an additional on-site support visit.
