To continuously enhancing customer-end network service experience, CTM has been investing in resources for various network infrastructure and conducting regular network performances in all areas around Macau, aiming to provide better network services to its customers. The Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) released the “2022 Q1 Indicators of the Quality of Mobile Service Issued by Operators” recently, according to the report, the download speed of CTM 4G is 110.2Mbps. .
Since 2016, CTT has been conducting mobile data speed tests in major areas, ports and large shopping malls in Macau on quarterly basis. According to the “2022 Q1 Indicators of the Quality of Mobile Service Issued by Operators” released by CTT, in Q1, the download speed of CTM 4G is 110.2Mbps, upload speed is 41.4Mbps.
On the other hand, according to the 2021 Global Speed Test Report issued by Cable.co.uk, the average download speed of broadband service in Macau is 128.56Mbps, ranked at 7th place over 224 countries and regions.
CTM considered that the reports had reflected the commitment and determination of the Company in providing higher quality services to customers. CTM reaffirmed that investment will be continuous made to ensuring high quality and stable performance of telecom services.
