Subsequent to the latest development of the pandemic in Macau and echo to the appeal of the MSAR Government to reduce risk of virus spreading, on 20-21 June, all CTM Shops will be temporarily closed for service. Understand that customers might have needs for emergency telecom service, CTM Praia Flagship, NAPE Shop and Taipa Shop will only remain providing emergency services, opening hours adjusted to 10:30am-1:00pm and 3:00-6:30pm, disinfection and cleaning will be conducted in the shop during noon time. All onsite installation and non essential maintenance service will be suspended until further notice. CTM appeals for customers ‘s understanding for relevant arrangement.

During this period of time, CTM will not suspended customers’ services due to overdue payment. To reduce people flow and crowd gathering, CTM recommends customers to use the CTM Buddy Mobile App or online portal for service subscription.

As the “Telecom Keeper” in Macau, CTM takes the responsibility to ensure the provision of overall telecom services with high quality, under the premise of protecting staff’s health and safety, CTM ensures the work force arrangement to safeguarding the normal operation of overall network in full effort, as to assure the pandemic prevention work and residents’ needs in telecom services.
