In parallel to the MSAR Government’s preventive measures, all CTM Shops remain closed for service until further notice. As to support residents in emergency telecom services, CTM Praia Flagship, NAPE Shop and Taipa Shop will provide limited emergency services, opening hours from 10:30am-1:00pm and 3:00-6:30pm, disinfection and cleaning will be conducted in the shops during noon time. All onsite installation and non-essential maintenance service remain suspended in the objective to reduce risk of pandemic spreading.

Customers are recommended to use the CTM Buddy Mobile App or online portal for service subscription. CTM will not suspend customers’ telecom services due to overdue payment or expiration of prepaid card.
