Smartwatch eSIM 'One Number Sharing' service (Monthly Plan – Value added Services)
Customers can apply their current monthly plan to their smartwatch with this value-added service, set up network connectivity, and share the same mobile phone number and monthly plan with their phone. Both the phone and the watch can be used independently, regardless of distance. |
Terms and Conditions
Mobile Monthly Plan
- CTM will issue a physical SIM card for customers and their services to use CTM mobile services.
- For existing CTM Mobile Services customers want to change Physical SIM card to eSIM can visit CTM shop / online application, the first application fee is waived, customers , you can keep your existing number. Subsequent upgrades will be charged $50.
- In case of eSIM lost, being stolen or damaged, expired or invalid etc. any other reasons, you can contact No.1 Hotline 1000 to report it. Once reported, the eSIM service will be immediately deactivated.
- All service is based on CTM “Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)” and the “Provision of Mobile Service”.
Prepaid Card
- CTM will issue a physical SIM card for customers and their services to use CTM mobile services.
- For existing CTM Prepaid Card customers want to change Physical SIM card to eSIM can visit CTM shop / online application, the first application fee is waived, customers , you can keep your existing number. Subsequent upgrades will be charged $50.
- After successfully purchasing eSIM prepaid card, customers must activate the prepaid card and complete real name registration within 180 days.
- In case of eSIM lost, being stolen or damaged, expired or invalid etc. any other reasons, you can contact No.1 Hotline 1000 to report it. Once reported, the eSIM service will be immediately deactivated.
- In case of eSIM lost, being stolen or damaged, expired or invalid for whatsoever reasons, the card will not be replaced, the residual balance will not be refunded or transferred and the mobile number will not be retained by customer.
- All service is based on CTM “Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)” and the “Provision of Prepaid Card Service”.

Smart Watch:
- This service does not support usage outside of Macau.
- Above service is not applicable for converting eSIM to physical SIM nor physical SIM to eSIM applications.
- The Mobile No. in the “eSIM ‘Family’ Number Plan” service plan is automatically allocated by the system, and not accepted designation by the customer.
- Applications for hidden caller ID, changing number, roaming data package, international communications and 1 Card Multi No. Plan are not accepted for the “eSIM ‘Family’ Number Plan”.
- If the smartwatch has been lost or stolen / customers want to cancel the service, customers are required to visit CTM shops to cancel the service in person and re-apply for the service if they want to use it again.
- All service is based on CTM “Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)”, “Smartwatch eSIM ‘Family’ Number Plan” and “Smartwatch eSIM 'One Number Sharing' service”.
