àLocal airtime charges are applied by the local network operator

02 To call a Macau telephone no. from roaming destination:

àPress 00 + 853 + Macau telephone no.

àLocal airtime charges applied by the local network operator and IDD charges from roaming destination to Macau

03 To call other overseas no. from roaming destination:

àPress International Access Code + Country Code + Area Code + telephone no.

àLocal airtime charges applied by the local network operator and IDD charges from roaming destination to other called country/territory

04 To receive calls in roaming destination:

àPress the Receive Call Button

àLocal airtime charges applied by the local network operator and IDD charges from Macau to roaming destination

05 When using “Call Forwarding Services” (includes “Call Forwarding on Busy”, “Call Forwarding on No Reply” and “Call Forwarding on Not Reachable” ) overseas, two routing roaming charges will be applied by the respective connected roaming network operator:

(1)  Whenever the activated “Call Forwarding Services” on the mobile phone is connected to a designated phone number under the mentioned conditions, a receiving roaming call charge per incoming call will be automatically billed by the respective roaming network operator.

(2)  Furthermore, another international roaming call charge will be applied for the routing from the roaming destination to the forwarded number’s destination.

Example:

When a customer activates the “Call Forwarding on No Reply” in Hong Kong and even if the customer does not pick up the incoming call, a receiving roaming call charge will be billed by the Hong Kong roaming network operator and another international roaming charge will be automatically billed for the call routing from Hong Kong to the forwarded number’s destination.

To avoid any unnecessary international roaming call charges, the customer may consider to use “Call Forwarding All Calls” {Press **21* Telephone No. # (Dial)} to forward all the calls directly to the designated telephone number or the customer may simply deactivate all the “Call Forwarding Services”.

06 When using the “Call Waiting Service” or “Conference Calling Service” overseas, each connected incoming/outgoing call will be charged by the roaming network operator as international roaming calls.

Note:  For easy convenience when dialing an overseas number, customers can simply press "+" in place of the International Access Code.
