
Since the pandemic outbreak in Macau in mid-June, under the leadership of the MSAR government, the joint efforts of front-line anti pandemic teams and all citizens, Macau has achieved the staged result of "social zero". Along with the MSAR government's announcement that the community will enter into a stabilization period on August 2, CTM will resume the shop services and on-site installation and maintenance service.
Starting from August 2, the business hours of CTM shops will be from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and comprehensive cleaning and disinfection will be carried out during the lunch period. Health code and the venue QR code are required to scan and present to the staff before entering the shop.
In order to reduce the flow of people and avoid gatherings, CTM will implement a staggered payment arrangement. CTM Original Store, Praia Flagship CTM, Iao Hon shop, Nam Van shop and Taipa shop will provide counter payment service at 9:00am to 10:30am and 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
The applications for on-site installation and maintenance services that were accumulated during the epidemic period have been processed during the consolidation period. The newly applied on-site installation and maintenance services will be fully resumed during the stabilization period. All front-line staff of CTM, including shop service agents and on-site installation teams, will strictly comply with the MSAR government's epidemic prevention guidelines. Moreover, CTM will provide front-line colleagues with antigen rapid test kits and require them to conduct relevant tests on daily basis so as to further protect the health and safety of colleagues and customers.
CTM appeals customers to utilize CTM Buddy Mobile App, CTM online portal www.ctm.net or call CTM No1 Hotline:1000 for enquiries or service subscription. Moreover customer can settle the payment through online channel or convenience stores. Electronic consumption coupons are accepted through online payment channel.CTM will allocate sufficient workforces and resources to fulfil the responsibility as the Telecom Keeper of Macau under the premise of ensuring the health and safety of employees, and will spare no efforts in ensuring the stable provision of overall network services, while paying close attention to customers’ needs on different telecom services during the pandemic.
