CTM 5G Available with the Latest iOS update of Apple

Since the launch of CTM 5G services on 14^th November 2022, customers have been responding enthusiastically. At present, over 170,000 customers have upgraded to CTM 5G services. With Apple rolling out the latest iOS 16.4, all eligible iPhones with 5G support (iPhone 12 models or later) will be CTM 5G-ready upon iOS update. 

 

Jacob Iu, Marketing Director of CTM said that since the launch of CTM 5G services, positive feedbacks have been received and that reflects the strength and satisfaction of CTM 5G services in its coverage, speed, roaming services and monthly plans. Alongside the roll out of the latest iOS version that enables CTM 5G on eligible devices via software update, it is confident that more iPhone users will upgrade to 5G services.

 

Iu expressed that aside from continuous investment in improving customer experience with local 5G network, CTM has been actively collaborating with telecom operators from mainland China and overseas to provide customers with seamless CTM 5G roaming services. CTM has been actively extending cooperations and has reached 5G roaming collaboration agreements with 98 major telecom service providers worldwide. Currently, CTM collaborates with 483 telecom operators in 251 countries and regions across the globe for its overall roaming collaboration. Earlier, CTM has been the first in Macau to create roaming services - “Global RoamEasy” and “RoamBiz Monthly Plan”, allowing customers to enjoy seamless switching of roaming data without changing SIM cards.    

 

CTM is endeavored to enhance 5G popularization through providing various discounted packages, with CTM 5G network as a solid foundation, aiming to accelerate the development of “Digital Macau” in full swing.
