To promote the development of smart healthcare for Macau, CTM and iMeddy cooperated to introduce the Dr.Easy smart healthcare platform integrated with AI technologies, which aims to provide diverse digital management capabilities for healthcare institutions, as well as providing the superior smart healthcare service experience for service users.
The launching ceremony of Dr.Easy smart healthcare platform was held at CTM exhibition hall (O02) in Beyond EXPO. With the witness of Ms.Lau Wai Ming, Director of CTT, Mr. Lo Lek Long, Director of SSM, Mr. Lu Shangcheng, Assistant of the Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macau, Legislator Mr. Chan Chak Mo, Mr. Wu Chou Kit, Mr. Leong Sun Iok, Mr. Leong Hong Sai, Mr. Zheng Anting, Ms. Lo Choi In, Mr. Ma Io Fong and Mr. Vandy Poon, CEO of CTM, to announce the official launch of the smart healthcare platform with AI integrated.
Ms. Ebel Cham, VP of commercial of CTM stated that to promote the development of “Digital Macau” smart city, CTM has been committed to introducing and self-developing various smart transformation solutions for different industries, creating more smart living scenarios for society. The Dr. Easy platform is a one-stop smart healthcare solution brought by CTM and iMeddy, providing diverse digital management functions and services for healthcare institutions and service users, including online consultation appointments, examination bookings, video consultations, and report inquiries. The platform also incorporates AI-based vital signs detection＊, utilizing facial scanning to analyze health data and provide an overview of user's physical condition for convenient follow-up treatments. Cham hopes to create a more convenient and efficient healthcare service experience for institutions and service users through the platform.
During the occasion, CTM introduced the feature of Dr.Easy platform. The first batch of local healthcare institution deployed Dr.Easy service included Caritas Macau, Our Dental Clinic, Genesis Healthcare, Advanced Care Dental Center, ENOCH Medical Center, FOAM Clinic, Popular Medical Centres, Brilliant Medical Center and Ka-Ho Rehabilitation Hospital.
CTM will continue to accelerate the pace of industry smart transformation through introducing smart solutions.
