Go to www.ctm.net to pay all your personal CTM bills of fixed, mobile, Internet services, and more. You can check and download your past 6 months bills online, with easy to read illustrations of your Account Summary, Graphs, and IDD usage details.
CTM Buddy App: Open the CTM Buddy App and click “Bill & Payment” on the main page, select payment service at "More services" to pay your bills anytime and anywhere.
View My eBills - View the last six months of your mobile account from e-Bills (PDF file format).
Pay My Outstanding Bill(s) - Shows the current bill of the unpaid amount in your account and apply for online payment for immediate payment.
Check & Pay Other Bills - Simply enter your account or service number and ID number to view and pay your current bill.
Pay Bill on behalf of Others - Just enter your service number and payment amount to hlep your friends and family pay their bills online.
Apply for Credit Card Autopay - Apply for automatic credit card payment for mobile phone number with CTM Buddy activated.
Alipay Macau: CTM customers can pay bills (mobile postpaid, fixed line and internet) via "Alipay" mobile app - Macau Region. Click "Daily expenses" and then choose "CTM". Choose a service type and enter the service number and the last 4 digits of the user's ID for verification. Finally, enter the transaction code to complete the transaction.
WeChat: Follow "CTM-Macau" WeChat OA, select "Manage My Services" at "More Services", login with the service number and select the appropriate payment service under "Billing Inquiry".
Billing Details - View the last six months of e-bills for mobile phone numbers.
Bill Payment - Shows the current bill of your unpaid account and apply for payment online.
Other Bills - Simply enter your service number and customer ID number to view and pay your current bills.
MPay: Open Mpay App, click “Telecom bills” -> “CTM Macau” at Life, select the type of service and account number. Enables you to pay your bill from anywhere and anytime.
Phone Banking: CTM offers exclusive Mobile Banking Services with a number of banks. If you are a customer of this bank, you can pay your phone bill anytime, anywhere via the Banking Mobile App.
With Autopay Service, your monthly mobile service bill balance will be automatically settled by debiting your bank account. You will continue to receive the monthly statement for your records. If you have any enquiry about this service, please contact your bank directly.
Credit Card Transfer Payment Service
For all the Macau VISA and MasterCard Cardholders, you can also enjoy the Credit Card Transfer Payment Service. Once you apply, your mobile bill will be automatically charged on your selected credit card account to simplify your financial management.
With this service, you can pay all your CTM bills via your bank's webpage anytime and anywhere.
With this service, you can settle all CTM bills through telephone. It is now available if you have a bank account in any of the listed banks.
Macau JETCO cardholders can pay CTM bills at any JETCO ATMs in Macau bearing the JET PAYMENT logo.
You can choose to mail a cheque with your mobile bill's Payment Slip (at the bottom of your bill) to Rua de Lagos, Telecentro, Taipa. Simply write your mobile account number on the back of the cheque and make it payable to "Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau, S.A.R.L."
You can visit CTM shops that located at CTM Original Store, Flagship CTM (The Praia Shop), Iao Hon, Nam Van, Taipa, 7-ELEVEN (Macau)*, Circle K (Macau)*, Bank of China (Macau), BNU, Luso Bank and China Guangfa Bank (CGB) to pay your mobile service bill.
** Just show your CTM bill at any 7-Eleven (Macau) / Circle K (Macau) you can settle your bill in cash conveniently! The maximum amount is $5,000 per transaction, and free handling charge per bill is applied.
If the previous bill payment deadline has expired, please pay via CTM eServices or visit any CTM shops (Kam Hoi San Shop, Barbosa and Nape Shops and) for payment to avoid service suspension. Service charge for reconnection is required. No payment service at Sun & Public Holiday.
