Internet Banking
With this service, you can settle all your CTM bills via your bank's webpage anytime and anywhere.

Autopay Service
With Autopay Service, your monthly mobile service bill balance will be automatically settled by debiting your bank account. You will continue to receive the monthly statement for your records. If you have any enquiry about this service, please contact your bank directly.

CTM MyBill
It is another free service enhancement that enables you to settle all your personal CTM bills of fixed, mobile, Internet, ISDN, leased line services, etc. You can check and download your bills online for the previous 6 months, with illustrations of Account Summary, Graphs, and IDD usage details.

Mobile Banking Service
CTM provides this exclusive service with various banks. If you are the customer of one of the listed banks, you can pay your mobile service bill via a special SIM Card and WAP service anytime and anywhere.

Credit Card Transfer Payment Service
For all the Macau VISA and Master Card Cardholders, you can also enjoy the Credit Card Transfer Payment Service. Once you apply, your mobile bill will automatically charged on your selected credit card account to simply your financial management.

Phone Banking
With this service, you can settle all CTM bills through telephone. It is now available if you have a bank account in any of the listed banks.

ATM
Macau JETCO cardholders can pay CTM bills at any JETCO ATMs in Macau bearing the JET PAYMENT logo.

Direct Mailing
You can choose to mail a cheque with your mobile bill's Payment Slip (at the bottom of your bill) to Rua de Lagos, Telecentro, Taipa. Simply write your mobile account number on the back of the cheque and make it payable to "Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau, S.A.R.L."

In Person
You can visit CTM shops that located at CTM Original Store, Flagship CTM (The Praia Shop), Iao Hon, Nam Van, Taipa, 7-ELEVEN (Macau)*, Circle K (Macau)*, Bank of China (Macau), BNU, Luso Bank and China Guangfa Bank (CGB) to pay your mobile service bill.

** Just show your CTM bill at any 7-Eleven (Macau) / Circle K (Macau) you can settle your bill in cash conveniently! The maximum amount is $5,000 per transaction, and free handling charge per bill is applied.

Expired Payment
If the previous bill payment deadline has expired, please pay via CTM eServices or visit any CTM shops (Kam Hoi San Shop, Barbosa and Nape Shops and) for payment to avoid service suspension. Service charge for reconnection is required. No payment service at Sun & Public Holiday.
