Terms and Conditions:

 

- This offer is valid until 30 / 6 / 2025. Customers are required to sign service contract with a 24-month.

- The equipment is covered by 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, entitling customers to complimentary device replacement and configuration services at CTM shop for any non-user-induced hardware malfunctions occurring during the coverage period.

- Account Confirmation Email: Upon service application, the system will automatically send the backend account details and user guide to the customer's registered email address. (For existing customers purchasing additional devices for branches, customers can apply in backend management to register the branch. Approval depends on whether all required documents have been properly uploaded.)

- The equipment warranty and platform service term will commence on the second day following issuance of the account confirmation email.

- This solution includes individual CTM 5.5G (1GB data) SIM card. The provided CTM 5.5G SIM card is exclusively for use with designated device bundles. CTM reserves the right to charge for additional data or telecommunication fees incurred through the use of the bundled equipment data SIM card in non-designated device types.

- Customers may apply for payment gateway integration with banks or financial institutions through CTM assistance. However final approval authority rests solely with the respective financial institutions. CTM shall not be liable for refunds if the payment integration approval is unsuccessful.

- This solution is subject to the terms and conditions of the "CTM ePOS " Smart Catering & Retail Solution System.

- During promotional period, customers are entitled to once free electronic text menu setup. Content must be provided according to predefined standard formatting requirements.

- The service is based on CTM Acceptable Use Policy "AUP".
