CTM AI hub FAQ

1) What is CTM AI hub?

CTM AI hub is a cloud-based AI aggregation platform service provided by CTM. Through designated applications, websites, or other access points, customers can access and utilize one or more third-party AI models and related functions (including text chat, code generation, image generation, video generation, and voice processing), complete with usage inquiry, billing, and technical support services.

2) How does CTM AI hub differ from conventional AI solutions in the market?

CTM AI Hub serves as a "Service Integrator and Distributor" rather than a developer or operator of a single AI model. It consolidates multiple third-party AI models into a single platform and integrates them with CTM’s local telecom services to offer unified usage inquiries, itemized billing management, and technical support.

3) What types of AI models are supported by CTM AI hub?

We support multiple global mainstream AI models provided by third-party service providers, capable of processing text, code, images, videos, and voice. The specific list of models and combinations is published on the official CTM website and within the service, and will be updated from time to time.

4) How is the monthly plan calculated?

Service charges are calculated based on monthly usage (e.g., Tokens, image generation count, video generation duration) under a monthly subscription model. Monthly plan quotas are valid only within the current billing cycle and cannot be rolled over. Once the quota is finished, the service will be suspended. If needed, customers may also purchase once-off usage based on their requirements.

5) Is data uploaded to CTM AI Hub secure?

CTM processes data in strict accordance with Macao’s Personal Data Protection Act and relevant privacy statements. Under the terms, CTM and its suppliers will not use customer inputs or outputs to train or improve models without explicit consent. However, customer inputs may be transmitted cross-border to supplier infrastructure outside Macau (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Germany, and Mainland China) for processing. Customers are responsible for securing their account credentials and API Keys. The platform itself is deployed on CTM Cloud, complying with ISO 27001 international standards to ensure information security.

6) If a customer subscribes or terminates the service in mid-month, how is the monthly plan calculated?

If the service start date is not the first day of the calendar month, or if the termination date is not the last day of the calendar month, the monthly charge for that month will be prorated based on the actual number of days.

7) Can the "Usage Quota" in an account be transferred or redeemed for cash?

No. Any usage quota does not constitute customer property and holds no cash value. Unused quotas cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or used to offset other fees.

8) How can I check my CTM AI hub usage and billing data?

Customers can check usage via the "Usage Details" function on the service platform. In the event of any data dispute, system records from CTM and the service provider shall prevail.

9) If a customer delays payment, will the service be suspended? Is there an extra charge to restore service?

If service charge is not fully settled before the due date, CTM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service. Service charge will continue to accumulate during the suspension period. Service will only be restored once fully settled, and CTM may charge a service reconnection fee as well as overdue interest calculated at the statutory rate.

10) Who owns the copyright / intellectual property rights of content generated by CTM AI hub?

Customers retain rights to their input content and generated output content. However, if the output content contains existing intellectual property belonging to CTM, service providers, or third parties (e.g., models, algorithms, trademarks, and watermarks), such rights remain with the original owner. Customers must also grant CTM and its suppliers a royalty-free license to process and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

11) Will CTM be held liable if responses or content generated by CTM AI Hub contain errors?

No. Due to the inherent nature of AI technology, generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. CTM makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated output and the content does not constitute professional advice. Customers must independently evaluate and assume all risks associated with relying on such content.

12) Can customers sublease or share their AI hub account or API Keys with others?

Without CTM’s prior written consent, customers are strictly prohibited from reselling, subleasing, or transferring AI hub accounts, or granting access / sharing API Key service benefits with any third party.

13) Will the service be suspended for system maintenance?

Yes. To maintain or safeguard system integrity and service performance, CTM may suspend or disable the service without prior notice to perform system maintenance, upgrades, testing, or repairs.
