CTM organized a fire drill at its Telecentro Building located in Taipa in the morning of 22 September, aiming at enhancing employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency readiness.

The fire drill was conducted at 11am on 22 September, around 500 CTM employees from 16 floors of the Building evacuated immediately when the fire alarm was activated, and proceeded to the designated outdoor assembly point by following fire wardens’ instructions and the fire emergency procedures.

CTM has always attaches great importance to educating its staff for occupation safety, apart from performing regular fire drills and safety inspections, CTM also organizes fire & safety education activities to increase employees’ safety awareness and emergency preparedness. Meanwhile, CTM expressed its gratitude to the support from the Fire Services Bureau and the Public Security Police Force in making this fire drill successful.
