To further enhance the service experience, CTM has been striving to enhance its retail service experience, which aim at providing a more comfortable and high quality service environment for customers. Today, CTM is pleased to announce the official re-opening of its NAPE shop located at Alameda Dr. Carlos D'Assumpção, No. 252, Prasa Kin Heng Long, R/C, K, bringing convenient and caring telecom services to residents with a brand new design. To celebrate the re-opening, CTM announces an array of exclusive privileges to express thankfulness for the long term support of residents.

Officiating guests presided at the ceremony included Ebel Cham, Vice President of Commercial. Services available at the relocated NAPE shop include a wide variety of telecom product sales, service subscription and general enquiry. Operating hours is between 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, Monday to Sunday. Besides providing the service of enquiry and application, product showcase and sale, the shop also features with smart solutions including product of Smart system, Cloud service and Network Security.

Furthermore, NAPE shop have adopted CTM's new reception system, which integrates QR codes for tickets, one-stop customer service, reservation for designated specialists and self-service purchase functions to further enhance service experience.
