Since taking the lead to launch 5G service last year, CTM has been actively promoting 5G services and establishing 5G smart application scenarios with stakeholders. CTM and the Women’s General Association of Macau is co-launching a “5G Dream Station” at FUFA Child and Family Centre, featuring 5G and VR technology to enrich parenting education.
The launching ceremony of “CTM x FUFA 5G Dream Station” was held in the afternoon on 16th August, guests officiated the ceremony included Ms. Un Sio Leng, the President of the Women's General Association of Macau, Ms. Ng Ka Teng, the Vice President of the Women's General Association of Macau, Ms. Ebel Cham, Vice President of Commercial of CTM and Ms. Eliza Chan, Director of Corporate Communications of CTM. Ms. Cham expressed the heartfelt gratitude for the long-term support from the Women’s General Association of Macau. “5G Dream Station” is the first landing project of the “Macau 5G Smart Service Development Alliance”, co-established by the Association, a key member of the Alliance, and CTM. Cham added that “5G Dream Station” is aiming to integrate 5G applications into society and enrich the experience of parenting education through 5G and VR elements with interactive games and VR education applications.
Ms. Un said that the objective of FUFA Child and Family Centre is to provide professional and diversified services and activities for children and parents, as well as to encourage families and society to value children's career exploration, empower children with the courage and ability to realize their dreams, and foster whole-child development. Un expressed appreciation to CTM for inviting the Association to join the “Macau 5G Smart Service Development Alliance”, It is anticipated to enrich parent-child interactions and learning experiences in the Centre with new technological elements through cooperation with CTM.
