To showcase the latest application scenarios of AI technology in innovative education development, CTM and Baidu AI Cloud cohosted a “Future Smart Education in the AI Era” Seminar, with over 30 participants from the local education sector attending.
The seminar was held today (May 23) in the afternoon at Beyond Expo CTM Pavilion, over 30 representatives from the Macau education sector attended. During the seminar, Mr. Bond Kuan from AI & Big Data Innovations and Mr. Yao Ping, Engineer, Baidu AI Cloud Southern Region shared on topics including “AI for Smart Applications in Education Scenarios” and “Generative AI Opens the Future of Smart Education Applications” respectively to introduce the current situation and development trend of AI+ education development in detail.
Mr. Bond Kuan gave a detailed introduction on how CTM creates smart application solutions based on AI technology, including smart customer service, localized voice engine technology and AI avatar solutions, showcasing CTM’s application development capabilities across various industries. Through a locally deployed AI platform, CTM enables rapid training of specific application scenario models, for instance, keyword question-and-answer training allows for the swift generation of student affairs information systems, continually promoting the development of AI smart applications in Macau.
Mr. Yao Ping stated that the heavy development of generative AI large models will create unprecedented opportunities for industries while driving transformation and innovation in business smart transformation. As one of the earliest companies to invest in AI development, Baidu AI Cloud Qianfan large model, based on diverse application scenarios, empowers various sectors. In particular, in the education sector, it can create personalized question banks and automate grading and refinement, providing strong support for the innovative development of smart education.
CTM is continuously enhancing its local AI capabilities and will actively partner with businesses in the future to introduce more AI application scenarios and services to support Macau's digital transformation in the AI era.
