The Network Management Center of CTM detected at 3:20pm today (12 March) that one of the major UPS system at its Data Center was malfunctioned, resulting that certain customers services provision through that Data Center were affected. After CTM conducted emergency repairs, the affected service resumed normal at 3:50pm. CTM will keep close monitoring to the UPS system and follow through with each affected customer to ensure that the affected services resumed normal operation.
