In order to further enhance telecommunication services quality, CTM will conduct the following upgrade projects in August and September 2022:

Mobile Network System upgrade and maintenance

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using mobile data barring registration service and mobile data plan registration service, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

From 0:00 to 06:00 on 28th August and 17th September

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using VoLTE service and mobile data service, whereas other services will remain normal.
