CTM echoes to the appeal of the MSAR Government to reduce people flow and crowd gathering, from 22nd to 24th June, all CTM Shops will remain closed for service. CTM Praia Flagship, NAPE Shop and Taipa Shop will provide limited emergency services, opening hours from 10:30am-1:00pm and 3:00-6:30pm, disinfection and cleaning will be conducted in the shops during noon time. All onsite installation and non-essential maintenance service remain suspended.
CTM urged customers to follow Government’s appeal to stay home, telecom services will not be suspended due to overdue payment. Customers are recommended to use the CTM Buddy Mobile App or online portal for service subscription.
