New growth opportunities in Big Health industries are emerging as AI and big data technologies are advancing rapidly. To help the industry adopt the latest advancements, CTM hosted an industry integration sharing session on AI+ Big Health and invited the Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Damo (International) AI Technology Co., Ltd. to share the significant impact of AI on driving industry development.
CTM AI + Industry Inclusion Seminar was held today (May 23) in the morning at BEYOND EXPO Macau Pavilion. The event featured speakers including Mr. Luo Shengda, Deputy Researcher of the Chinese Medicine Guangdong Laboratory; Mr. Chen Jun, CEO of Dawei (International) AI Technology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Alex Siu, General Manager, AI & Big Data Innovations, CTM. They engaged in an in-depth discussion about the impact of AI on industry development and emerging trends.
Mr. Luo Shengda presented on the topic "AI Technology Supporting the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine". He shared the achievements of the Chinese Medicine Guangdong Laboratory in utilizing AI technology to advance TCM research. This includes creating a multilingual dataset that combines Western and Chinese medicine, training a large-scale clinical question-answering system, and developing knowledge bases and databases related to TCM, as well as optimizing intelligent prescriptions for new traditional Chinese medicine formulations.
Mr. Chen Jun provided a detailed introduction to the application principles of AI in health management and the construction of large-scale sports models. He discussed the use of AI for motion analysis and shared application solutions for creating "smart sports" health campuses and healthy communities by integrating these sports models.
Mr. Alex Siu, General Manager, AI & Big Data Innovations shared insights on the "Dr. Easy" clinic management platform developed by CTM. He explained how it helps healthcare institutions enhance operational efficiency and utilizes AI and big data analysis to provide users with precise health management advice, appointment scheduling, and report inquiries, creating a one-stop smart healthcare experience.
