In order to further enhance telecommunication services quality, CTM will conduct the following upgrade project in May 2025:

CRM System upgrade and maintenance

 

During the period, some CTM Mobile prepaid and postpaid customers may experience intermittent interruption for service application and enquiry through USSD code access, prepaid card real name registration, CTM eService Portal, CTM Buddy APP and Wechat Official Account, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

 

From 02:00 to 06:00 on 17th and 25th May

 

Internet network upgrade and maintenance

 

 

During the period, some CTM lease line customers may experience intermittent interruption when using Fiber Internet service, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

 

From 02:00 to 06:00 on 18th May

 

 

 

Mobile Network System upgrade and maintenance

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using SMS and Mobile Data service, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

 

 

 

From 01:00 to 06:00 on 24th May

 

 

 

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using Voice, SMS, USSD code access and Mobile data / IDD barring service registration, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

 

From 9:30 to 15:40 on 24th May

 

Fixed Network upgrade and maintenance

 

During the period, some customers will experience slight intermittent interruption on Fixed line service in the districts near Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro and Travessa da Caldeira.
