In order to further enhance telecommunication services quality, CTM will conduct the following upgrade project in Jan 2026:

Internet network upgrade and maintenance

During the period, some customers may experience intermittent interruption when using broadband internet and CTM Wi-Fi service.

From 0:00 to 06:00 on 18th Jan

 

Mobile Network System upgrade and maintenance

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using Voice, SMS, USSD code access and Mobile local data/IDD barring registration, whereas other services will remain normal.
