CTM fully cooperates with the latest anti-epidemic measures of the MSAR government for the health and safety of employees and customers

To cope with the latest anti-epidemic measures of the MSAR Government and to reduce the flow of people, Pedro Coutinho CTM Original Store, Iao Hon Shop and Nam Van Shop will be closed with effect from 13:00 on 5 October (Tuesday) to 10 October (Sunday). Payment counters at Praia Flagship and CTM Telecentro Concept Store in Taipa will be suspended from payment service during the above mentioned period, whereas other CTM Shops will remain normal operations. 

 

For the health and safety sake of customers and employees, CTM will suspend provision of non-emergency on-site maintenance and installation services between 5 October to 10 October. Monthly bill payment deadline that falls on October 2021 for fixed telephony, mobile, and Internet service will be postponed by one month. During this period, the service will not be suspended due to overdue payment. CTM urges customers to make use of CTM Buddy app or online platform for telecom service subscription or bill payment to reduce travelling around.

 

CTM will continue to pay attention to the epidemic status, while fully cooperating with the anti-epidemic work of the MSAR Government, CTM will strive to ensure the stability and safety of network services to support the communications need of all sectors of the Macau community.
