CTM actively fulfills its corporate social responsibilities by delivering care to people with different needs through various forms of activities, also actively popularizes the achievements of information technology development. The CTM Volunteer Team joined hands with Respect Senior General Association of Macao (RSGA) to organize a Winter Solstice celebration and an anti-fraud tips sharing session. During the occasion, CTM invited representative from Orbis Macau to share the eye care tips.

The activity was held at the activity center of RSGA on Dec 17. Members of the CTM Volunteer Team deliver festival blessings to the elderlies and prepared a number of interesting games, gifts and performances, creating a lively and warm atmosphere.

In view of the recent rampant SMS and phone scams, the volunteer team used an easy approach to introduce to the elderlies on how to identify and beware of phone and SMS scams, so as to strengthen their vigilance against suspicious activities. Additionally, to remind elderlies to take breaks while using electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets for long time, CTM invited representative from Orbis to share eye care tips which aims to help them become more aware of fraud prevention and eye health.

CTM stated that, as a rooted telecom operator in Macau, the company has committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and contributing to the construction of a harmonious society in Macau.
