At 14:50 (Jan 24), CTM Network Management Center detected an abnormality occurred at one of its Internet network nodes, resulting in unstable internet service for some customers. After prompt restoration work, the affected services gradually resume from 15:20 onwards. A total of 600 inquiries were received from customers during the incident. After investigation, CTM identified this abnormality was an isolated incident and does not affect the overall stability of internet service.
