In order to further enhance telecommunication services quality, CTM will conduct the following upgrade projects in December 2022:

Mobile Network System upgrade and maintenance

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using 3G Voice call, Video call, VoLTE and mobile data service, whereas other services will remain normal.

 

 

From 0:00 to 06:00 on 4th and 10th December

 

 

During the period, some CTM mobile customers may experience intermittent interruption when using Mobile data barring service registration, terminated call, SMS and USSD services.
