SmarTone Macau (SmarTone) will cease to provide mobile communications services in Macau.  SmarTone and CTM have reached an agreement, under which CTM will continue to provide SmarTone customers’ mobile communication service for the remaining contract period. Alternatively, customers may choose to subscribe to other service plans offered by CTM.

 

SmarTone will notify customers (including prepaid card users and monthly plan subscribers) individually via SMS today ( August 21, 2024) regarding the relevant arrangement. Customers are advised to visit any CTM or SmarTone shops between August 22, 2024 and October 31, 2024 for necessary arrangement. At the same time, customers are welcome to subscribe to other service plans offered by CTM to ensure a seamless transition to CTM’s advanced, high-quality and reliable 5.5G mobile service.
