Through these initiatives, CTM aims at leading the development of Digital Macau 3.0, and building Macau into a 10G connectivity city.
During the occasion, CTM showcased the next-generation communication technologies in line with the annual theme of "Digital Innovation for Sustainable Development.", as well as presenting the ultra-fast experience of 5.5G and Wi-Fi 7, and application achievements utilizing digital innovation technologies of 5.5G and AI. These applications included the AI Calls riding on 5.5G technology and features, the 5.5G IoT solutions, and the AI Macau Smart Customer Service, which was developed in collaboration with the Macau Government Tourism office and integrated AI real-time translation and real-time analysis of tourist hotspots traffic, which injected AI elements into Macau's smart tourism industry.
