Billing System upgrade and maintenance

Mobile prepaid and postpaid customers may experience intermittent interruption for service application and enquiry through IVRS system, USSD code access, prepaid card real name registration, e-SIM, CTM eService Portal, CTM Buddy and Wechat Official Account.

 

Mobile prepaid customers may experience intermittent interruption when using roaming Voice and IDD service.
