The award was recently presented at MWC2025 in Barcelona to Ms. Ebel Cham, Vice President, Commercial, CTM. She stated that as a telecommunications operator deeply rooted in Macau, CTM is committed to delivering high-quality and reliable integrated telecommunication services to all sectors of the community. This award serves as recognition of CTM's ongoing efforts to promote innovative and quality services.

Ebel stated that, whether in mobile network or broadband services, CTM has actively adopted cutting-edge technologies and introduced innovations to enhance the service experience for the public. In mobile services, just over a year after launching 5G, CTM became the first operator in Macau to offer 5.5G services. By leveraging AI technology, CTM delivers telecommunication services tailored to the diverse needs of customers. In terms of broadband services, since achieving full fiber optic coverage in 2015, all of CTM's Internet offerings are now delivered via high-speed fiber optic access. To meet the public's demand for smart living environments, CTM has continued to promote FTTR services, which boast the second-highest penetration rate globally, with over 95% of FTTR users expressing satisfaction with the service.
