From July 1, 2025, CTM member can redeem a mFood $30 OFF voucher for free by using 50 CTM Bonus Points in the CTM Buddy App.

Redemption Period and Terms

1. Voucher redemption period: Starting from July 1, 2025, while stock last

2. Member must redeem the mFood voucher in the mFood App after receiving the redemption code in the CTM Buddy App.

3. $30 mFood voucher is valid only when the minimum spending amount reaches $68.

4. Redemption period for mFood Voucher code: Valid until 23:59 on August 31, 2025. The Voucher remains valid for 30 days after redemption.

5. Each CTM member can redeem the voucher once and available while stock last.

6. No refund of CTM Bonus Points after redeeming mFood $30 OFF voucher.

Redemption Steps for the mFood Voucher

1. Get the voucher redemption code (a 12-character alphanumeric code) through CTM Buddy App.

2. Open the mFood App and choose “Me” in the bottom menu.

3. Tap “Conversion Center” → “積分 Chill 級賞”.

4. Enter the redemption code in the redemption page.

5. Click “Confirm” to receive the mFood $30 OFF voucher for orders over $68.

mFood Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Please follow the “Redemption Steps” to copy the voucher redemption code into the mFood App (case-sensitive).

2. This voucher is valid only in the mFood App’s “Delivery” service and can be paid in MOP or RMB.

3. You can find the voucher in the mFood App under “Me” → “Coupons” and click “Use it” to see the available stores.

4. The voucher is applicable to mFood delivery service and far delivery orders (self-pickup and self-delivery orders are excluded). The store’s minimum order amount must be met.

5. This voucher can be combined with merchant discounts but cannot be combined with platform red packets or other discount coupons.

6. The voucher consists of one $30 OFF voucher (valid to orders over $68). Only one voucher can be used per order, and the full amount must be used once; no change will be given.

7. After redemption, the voucher will be automatically credited to the user’s account registered for the promotion and is effective immediately. Users can check it in mFood App → Me → coupon and must follow the terms for use.

8. The voucher cannot be split across stores or orders and must be fully used in a single order.

9. If an order is canceled or fully refunded after using the voucher, the voucher will be returned to the user’s account. In the case of a “partial refund”, the refund amount will be calculated proportionately based on the user’s payment, and the voucher will not be refunded.

10. Do not disclose the redemption code to others. Lost or invalid codes will not be re-issued.

11. Each redemption code can only be used once. Duplicate redemption are invalid.

12. The voucher will expire automatically after the validity period. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
