To help customers currently stranded in the Middle East stay in touch with family and friends and keep up with the latest information updates, CTM provides a free 20GB “RoamEasy” data roaming package to its mobile customers currently located in Jordan, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The service will be activated automatically, customers are not required to submit any application.

In response to the current situation in the Middle East, the Macao SAR Government has raised the travel alert level for the relevant areas. CTM is also supporting the work of the Macao Government Tourism Office by disseminating information via SMS, reminding Macau residents in the area to stay alert and pay attention to their safety.
