Fixed-Line Plans
The basic telephone service component, which connects the subscribers' premises to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The DEL product comprises:
- The physical wiring between PSTN and a private premise
- The telephone socket (line jack)
- A unique telephone number.

- Reception and transmission of voice calls at private premises.
- Fax and Internet access.

Tariff
Class A: Non-profit seeking organization, newspapers, schools, hospitals, charity, religious organizations, and residences.

Terms & Conditions
- MOP400 applies where the developer/applicant provides blockwiring acceptable to CTM or where blockwiring is not necessary. MOP850 applies where CTM provides or plans to provide blockwiring - this charge (MOP850) should not be applied more than once to the same house and to the same exchange line.
