myTV SUPER
myTV SUPER offers over 20 thematic channels, by which customers can enjoy diversified programs including the popular dramas, variety shows, foods, travels, classic, cartoons, movies, news and documentary programs. It is also equipped with VOD function with over 80,000 programming hours, enabling you to view favorite programs of your own choice; and Timeshift function is also available for designated channels that offers playback of contents broadcasted within three hours. myTV SUPER brings you an enjoyable experience of watching TV and online videos.

In addition, there is also an enhanced version, myTV Gold:
myTV Gold provides more than 30 thematic channels and equipped with VOD function with over 90,000 programming hours. Customers can enjoy a wide array of dramas including TVB dramas, latest Chinese, Japanese, US dramas as well as popular Korean & Thai dramas. Also featuring diversified programs, such as popular variety shows, documentary, music, Chinese operas, movies, classic movies, kids programs and news, etc., that enabling you to view favorite programs of your own choice anytime, anywhere. In addition, Timeshift function is also available that offers playback of contents broadcasted within three hours. Besides, you can also download your favourite programmes using Wi-Fi connection to save mobile data when viewing after then. myTV SUPER brings you an enjoyable experience of watching TV and online videos.

MyTV SUPER Service Terms and Conditions:
1. These myTV SUPER Service (“myTV SUPER”) terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the provision and use of “myTV SUPER”. Customer may not use “myTV SUPER” unless the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all CTM Mobile Plans customer. For local plan customer using “myTV SUPER” in Macau, the data usage generated will be deducted from the free usage included in the service plan. If the data usage exceeds the usage included in the service plan, additional usage will be calculated according to local mobile data charge. For customer of “3-destination Plan” using “myTV SUPER” in Hong Kong and Mainland China, the data usage generated when will be deducted from the free usage included in the service plan. If the data usage exceeds the usage included in the service plan, additional usage will be charged according to the local mobile data charge.
3. Downloading and using “myTV SUPER” will consume local mobile data usage. When customer uses and downloads the Service while roaming, he / she shall pay the additional roaming data usage charged by respective mobile network operator. To avoid excessive mobile data usage, customer is suggested to use the Service on Wi-Fi network whenever possible.
4. Each Mobile No. or Internet service account could only apply for “myTV SUPER” account once. If customer has applied for "TVB Anywhere" at CTM, customer does not need to apply for a “myTV Super” account again.
5. “myTV SUPER” fee shall be charged in advance on a monthly basis. If the service commencement date falls on a day other than the first day or the service termination date falls on a day other than the last day of each month, the monthly fee on that month will be charged by pro-rata based on the billing date. The service fees paid by customer are not convertible or transferable to any other services.
6. Unless otherwise agreed by CTM, “myTV SUPER” is for customer’s personal and non-commercial use only. Subscription, access or delivery of “myTV SUPER” does not grant or transfer to customer any commercial right to use “myTV SUPER” or the content therein.
7. All contents of “myTV SUPER” are provided by third party. CTM is not liable to any quality, nature, accuracy, and utility of “MyTV SUPER”.
8. In order to login and use “myTV SUPER” properly, customer shall check whether his or her device(s) is / are compatible with “myTV SUPER”. Customer shall download “myTV SUPER” application on their smart devices in advance and may need to update the application regularly, otherwise the use of “myTV SUPER” may be affected.
9. If the customer terminates “myTV SUPER”, the service fee charged in advance will be refunded on pro-rata base according to the billing date. If customer is being cancelled the mobile service or internet service for non-fulfilment of payment obligation within due date, “myTV SUPER” will be terminated at the same time.
10. SMS alert, SMS notification, SMS confirmation may be delayed due to telecommunication network. The contents of SMS are for reference only and shall be subjected to the latest records of CTM.
11. If customer is found or suspected to have fraudulently, deceived, unlawful, or improperly use of “myTV SUPER”, CTM has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, remove, discontinue, or disable access to “myTV SUPER” at any time and without prior notice.
12. Customer agrees to be bound by CTM’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Privacy Statement of “myTV SUPER” Service and General Terms & Conditions for the use of “myTV SUPER”. The terms and conditions are available on “myTV SUPER” website (https://www.mytvsuper.com).
13. Neither the title nor wording in the content of “myTV SUPER” represents CTM's position.
14. “myTV SUPER” contains proprietary information and materials (including but not limited to audio, video and software) owned by third parties and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright. Customer agrees not to use such proprietary information or materials in any way except as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
15. CTM reserves the right to change the content in “myTV SUPER” provided to customer at any time without prior notice. CTM does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the use of “myTV SUPER” will be uninterrupted, safe, secure or error-free. “myTV SUPER” is provided to customer on an "as is" and "as available" basis only. CTM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
16. For the purpose of providing “myTV SUPER”, CTM will process and collect customer’s data, including but not limited personal data contained in customer's “myTV SUPER” account, mobile number, in accordance with CTM's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection and Processing Statement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that for the purpose of the use of “myTV SUPER”, CTM may provide the customer's data to third-party provider(s), and transfer the customer’s data outside of Macau when necessary and in strict compliance with applicable laws, in particular the statutory requirements on cross-border transfer of personal data.
17. If “myTV SUPER” includes the provision of product(s), the relevant product(s) may include the payment of a deposit. If the customer purchases “myTV SUPER” online, the period of exercising the right to freely terminate “myTV SUPER” shall be calculated from the date the customer receives the product. If the customer terminates “myTV SUPER” within this period, the customer shall return the product(s) to CTM. In addition, if the relevant product(s) had been unpacked or for other reasons cannot be returned, the product deposit will not be refunded (if any) and/or a penalty shall be payable to CTM.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to myTV Gold Service.
