^ FREE trial offer applicable to postpaid mobile customers who have subscribed to any CTM roaming data package during the whole year of 2025 or before 31 / 5 / 2026. The "Roam-to-Talk" service will be automatically activated upon customer login, and the trial is valid until 31 / 8 / 2026.
♦ Usage will first be deducted from the FREE voice minutes included in the "5.5G (5G-A) 3-destination Plan", then charged at the plan's EXTRA voice rate.
∼ Customers who have subscribed Mobile IDD Package plan will first deducted from their FREE IDD Airtime. Calls will be charged at standard IDD00 / 050 rates after used up the package FREE Airtime. IDD 050 offer rates are calculated based on the Macau time zone.
Notes:
- The offer is valid until 31 / 8 / 2026.
- Roam-to-Talk currently do not support mobile devices manufactured for the domestic market, including but not limited to brands such as Xiaomi, Honor, vivo, and OPPO. If your device does not meet the system requirements, the application may not function properly or some features may be unavailable.
- The Service is only available to CTM Mobile Monthly Plan customers who have activated " International Roaming Service " and " Supplementary Service - Call Forwarding ".
- The $10 ONCE-OFF Roam-to-Talk service operates on a prepaid basis and is non-refundable. It is valid from the time of successful application until 23:59:59 on the 15th day / 30th day (depends on original price or RoamEasy customer exclusive price). When the service is ended, customers will receive a SMS alert, and the service will not extend automatically. Customer need to re-apply again if necessary.
- RoamEasy (1-year) Customers can enjoy monthly offer $8 to apply Roam-to-Talk, after the 24-month promotion period, if customers continue to use related service, original price of $18 / month will be charged to customer's bill account automatically.
- Service charges apply only to voice calls made and received through the Service. Please refer to the CTM website or relevant service contracts for specific pricing details.
- Customers are bound by the respective service agreement.
- All prices are in MOP.
- The service is based on CTM Acceptable Use Policy "AUP".
