1.      What is the effective usage period of “Chill Travel Card”?

The “5-day Unlimited 3-Destination Data Plan” is valid for 5 days. However, the prepaid card itself has a 180-day valid period.

 

2.      How to activate “Chill Travel Card” and how to complete the Real Name Registration?

Customer will receive SMS with Real Name Registration link when plug-in the “Chill Travel Card” in the mobile. After filling in necessary information (Prepaid Card info, personal document info etc.) and completed Real Name Registration, the “Chill Travel Card” will be activated automatically, which includes:

(1)    5-day unlimited usage in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau

(2)    500 mins local voice airtime

(3)    Unlimited CTM Wi-Fi

(4)    “CTM Buddy” Unlimited Voice

 

3.      Why was I not able to use data after plug-in the “Chill Travel Card” to my mobile?

Customer needs to complete the Real Name Registration before the mobile service can be activated.

 

4.      How to apply for data package after the “5-day Data Plan” of “Chill Travel Card” expires?

When the “5-day Unlimited 3-Destination Data Plan” expires, you can reload the Card and apply for your preferred data package via:

5.      What is the volume of full speed data for “Chill Travel Card”? How to restore original speed after being limited?

“Chill Travel Card” includes 5GB full speed data, which will be limited to not less than 1Mbps after being used up. 

 

Customer can reload and apply for other data packages after the 5-day Data Plan expires to enjoy full speed data.

 

6.      What are the charges for voice call?

“Chill Travel Card” includes 500 minutes local voice, and charges for additional usage as follows:

- Calling from Macau to Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau $0.4 per minute

- Calling from Mainland China / Hong Kong to China, Hong Kong and Macau $1.9 per minute

 

7.      Can I still use the “Chill Travel Card” after 5 days?

Yes. The “5-day Unlimited 3-Destination Data Plan” expires in 5 days while the prepaid card 180 days. Customers can continue using for local voice calling and SMS sending / receiving while also reload the card to apply for data package.

8.      Can I apply for the “5-day Unlimited 3-Destination Data Plan” with the “Chill Travel Card”?

If customer reloads the “Chill Travel Card” within 5 days, the charge will be deducted on the plan expire date and the plan will be extended for another 5 days.

 

9.      Can I still use the Prepaid Card when coming to Macau next time?

The prepaid card is valid for 180 days. Customer can reload and apply for preferred data package for continue using but will need to purchase a new “Chill Travel Card” if wishing to use the “5-day Unlimited 3-Destination Data Plan”.

 

10.  How to check full speed data usage of “Chill Travel Card”?

Customer can check data usage with the following:

- CTM Buddy App

- CTM WeChat Official Account

11. How to reload “Chill Travel Card”?

- Customer can reload via CTM Buddy App, CTM WeChat Official Account, and CTM Shops

- Purchase Reload Card in 7-Eleven (Macau), Circle K (Macau), and CTM Authorized Agencies

 

Note: If customer reloads the Prepaid Card within the validity period, the charge will be deducted on the package expire date and the plan will be extended.

 

12.  Is eSIM service available for “Chill Travel Card”?

eSIM service is not available for “Chill Travel Card” and customer needs to purchase the physical card.

 

13.  How can I make roaming calls with the “Chill Travel Card”? What are the roaming calls charges?

Customer can make IDD calls with prefix “00” or “050” to different countries, and can enjoy different discount offers when calling with “050”.

 

When making IDD calls, besides the IDD charges, the local airtime usage will also be deducted.
