-     Once the accumulated local data usage of a customer exceeds the FREE Full Speed Data of 10GB, the data transmission speed (upload and download) will automatically be adjusted to no less than 1Mbps.

-     The "72 Hours Speed Reset Service” is only applicable to “5G Social Unlimited Data Plan” customers and is valid for 3 days (72 hours). Once the accumulated local data usage of a customer exceeds 5GB, the data transmission speed (upload and download) will automatically be adjusted to the original speed of “5G Social Unlimited Data Plan”.
-    Upon successful registration, the service fee is deducted instantly.
-    After the customer successfully applies for the “5G Social Unlimited Plan”, the relevant service fee will be deducted immediately, valid for 30 days, the related service charge will be deducted and renewed automatically from the prepaid card balance for every 30 days. 
-    Before changing your Package Plan, the existing Package Plan needs to be terminated. Should customers change their Package Plan, the remaining free Usage of the previous Plan and Service Charges cannot be transferred or credited to the new Package Plan.
