Simply use a mobile phone that supports VoLTE roaming and connect to a roaming operator with VoLTE roaming enabled to enjoy HD voice calls while roaming!
Warm Reminder: Telecom operators around the world are gradually shutting down their 3G networks. To prevent roaming service being affected, please ensure to use a VoLTE-enabled handset during your trip, and activate this function & subscribe our roaming package before your trip.

Notes
- When calling from overseas, roaming charges will start to apply as soon as you hear a ringing tone. Such charges will still be deducted from the Prepaid Card no matter if the called party has been successfully connected or not, except from making calls via “China Mobile” and Hong Kong “CSL”, "China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited" and "Smartone Mobile Communications Limited" Network.
- In addition to the countries / destinations listed above, customers can roam in more than 100 countries / destinations under the CTM Automatic International Roaming Service.
- The Prepaid Card can be used to make calls, receive calls, or transmit SMS in other countries / destinations, and is dependent on the capabilities of individual networks.
