• Customers should ensure that their routers, cables, and internet access devices (such as computers, smartphones etc.) support the required upload and download speeds.  

• The speed measurement for the Fiber Broadband Service is the theoretical value based on the ideal condition. In the actual environment, the service has protection mechanisms to ensure high accuracy of data high-speed transmission, and general speed test simulators such as speedtest.net do not include the consumption of the related protection mechanisms.  • While using 2Gbps or above service plan, the modification of transmission speeds is subject to actual conditions and individual cases, which may require a scheduled on-site equipment replacement.
