- Mainland no. for the “No. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China) & “No. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China) Lite” services are provided by “China Mobile” or “China Unicom.” Customers can check their mainland no. provider under “Contract Status” on the “My” page of the CTM Buddy App.

- When using the “No. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China) service in the Mainland, customers must connect to the network of the provider associated with the service no.. When making calls, the recipient will see the Mainland secondary no. are the caller ID ; when sending text messages, the recipient will see the Macau no. as the sender. If connected to another network provider, both calls and text messages will display the Macau no.. This does not applicable to the “1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China) Lite service.

- Mainland China No. is virtual no. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / China) Lite, supports incoming calls and SMS and outgoing SMS is restricted to specific Mainland China no. (e.g., service no. of banks, hotels, railway companies, etc.) only.

- The CTM Automatic Roaming Service required for the subscription of the above service.

- Normal roaming charges are applicable upon the use of MMS or other data service outside Macau.

- The International Call Forwarding charges will be applied to calls that are forwarded to other phone no. within China or other international phone no..

- The Mainland China mobile no. will be available to use only upon successful real name registration required by the authorities of Mainland China. The real name registration is subject to the approval of the authorities of Mainland China. Customer understands and agrees that, his or her Mainland China mobile no. may be discontinued at any time without any compensation if the registration is not successful.

- The Mainland China no. shall be used in accordance with the Mainland China laws and regulations or any relevant policies and relevant Terms and Conditions of CMCC, including but not limited to the rights of termination and/ or suspension of that Mainland China no..

- Customers are responsible for the proper and lawful use of the Mainland China mobile no. and are solely liable for any obligations, responsibility or damages or losses arising from the use of service, including but not limited to those arising from: (1) lending of the Mainland China no. to others; (2) using the Mainland China no. or permitting any borrower to use it for unlawful or improper purposes ;or (3) using Mainland China mobile no. for application of any other services and/or APP.

- For the time being, applications for Mainland China No. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China) mainland mobile no. are only accepted from Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.

- To apply for a Mainland mobile no. of“No. of 1 Card Multi No. (Macau / Mainland China), customers must provide proof of address in Macau issued within the last three months that matches the applicant’s name. Examples include: water, electricity, or gas bills; internet or landline phone bills; statements or notices issued by banks or insurance companies; documents from government departments or judicial authorities; or documents issued by universities or colleges.

- In principle, each person may hold only one Mainland China no. If applying for more than one mainland mobile no., sufficient justification and relevant supporting documentation must be provided for review.

- The Mainland secondary no. will become active at least 30 days after the Macau primary no. is activated.
