Sharing the Latest Industry Insights to Empower Digital Governance and Efficiency “CTM AI Leaders Seminar” successfully concluded

To further unleash Macau’s potential in digital development and accelerate the pace of digital transformation across sectors, CTM, in collaboration with leading industry partners, hosted the “AI Leaders Seminar.” The event brought together decision-makers from government departments, enterprises and institutions to share and discuss the latest industry insights and smart application solutions, focusing on AI-driven digital transformation topics of key concern to the public and private sectors.

 

Hosted by CTM, the “AI Leaders Seminar” was held on 3rd June at GICC. More than 150 decision-making representatives from government departments, banking sector, enterprises, institutions and schools attended the seminar. In her opening remarks, Ms. Ebel CHAM, Vice President of Commercial, CTM, stated that as a key contributor to Macau’s digital transformation, CTM leverages a comprehensive digital foundation of its leading AI platform, dual 10G high-speed network, and Big Data capabilities, to actively introduce and drive the implementation of smart application scenarios that meet Macau’s needs, enabling industries to better realize digital transformation.

 

Ms. Cham noted that amid the global surge of AI technologies and applications, institutions and enterprises are accelerating digital innovation in governance and operations. In particular, how to empower governance efficiency through AI Agents, how to enable agile deployment while ensuring cybersecurity, and other related considerations have become critical elements that government bodies, institutions and corporate decision-makers must address in response to AI development. To this end, CTM partnered with leading experts deeply engaged in AI and cybersecurity to share the latest applications of AI Agents in enterprise operations, computing power deployment strategies, and the newest cybersecurity assurance solutions, with the aim of pooling collective insights to better unlock Macau’s smart potential. To further help industries embrace the AI trend and accelerate digital transformation, CTM will join hands with business partners to develop “CTM AI Hub”, delivering one-stop service solutions covering LLM, computing power, tokens, AI tools and more.

 

The seminar featured three thematic sessions: “Unlocking the Super Employees: How AI Agents Reshape Organizational Productivity,” “Breaking Through GPU Bottlenecks: Dual Engines of Cloud–Network Integration and On-Premises Deployment,” and “AI Risk Governance: Establishing Security Baselines and Compliance Readiness”. Keynote speakers included Mr. Fei Xiong, General Manager of Southern China, Feishu; Mr. Harry Lin, Senior Solutions Architect, Volcano Engine; Mr. James Zhang, APAC ICT CMO, Huawei; Ms. Jojo Yu, Operations Director, H3C; and Ms. Sophia Yang, COO of DAS-Security. They delivered keynote presentations respectively on “A New Paradigm for AI Governance: Eliminating Tool Anxiety with Dedicated Digital Workforce Solution”, “Make AI Understands: Building Intelligent Assistants Precisely Tailored to Your Business”, “Seamless Cloud Scaling: Building High Performance AI Infrastructure Integrated CTM Networks and Huawei Cloud” and “Trace-Free: Building a Turing-Token Foundation”.

 

During the occasion, an on-site experience zone themed “CTM Dual 10G + AI Smart Digital Solutions” was also set up to showcase CTM’s latest smart application services, including Smart Network Security Authentication, AI SOC / AI-SIEM platforms (SaaS and on-premises), AI smart assistants, AI travel companion, AI intelligent hotline, and AI online public opinion analysis, among others.

 

CTM reiterated that it will continue to unlock the potential of its self-built digital infrastructure and fully support the development of the “AI Macau” vision, bringing more smart digital application scenarios to all sectors in Macau.
