- The promotional period is from 7 / 10 to 8 / 10 / 2024, both dates inclusive and based on Macau time (the “Promotional Period”). This promotion is only applicable to travel period between 7 / 10 / 2024 and 31 / 12 / 2024 for Macau < > Taiwan and Macau < > Japan rote or between 1 / 9 / 2024 and 20 / 12 / 2024 for Macau < > Europe and Macau < > North America, both dates inclusive. below travel dates are exclusive, flights departing on or after 1 / 1 / 2024 from Taipei to USA, Canada and Europe are not applicable.
- All CTM members ("Members") are required to redeem the exclusive coupon code at the CTM Buddy App during the promotion period, and enter the exclusive coupon code at the EVA Air website or EVA Mobile App to access the ticketing page of the program during the promotion period to book round-trip or one-way tickets to destinations of the specified routes, and each ticket will be entitled to an additional 5% instant discount on ticketing offer ("Offer"). Designated destinations are Taipei, Kaohsiung, Amsterdam, London, Vienna, Paris, Milan, Munich, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Houston, Vancouver, Toronto, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Osaka, Komatsu, Tokyo Narita, Sendai, Okinawa and Seoul.
- The Offer is only applicable to flight tickets issued and originating in Macau, travelling to the Selected Destinations, and the entire journey must be operated by EVA Air. The Offer is not applicable to booking made through other channels or with multiple destinations and stopovers.
- The Offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous/add-on service charges.
5. Each unique coupon code is valid for one transaction only. Each member can redeem a maximum of 5 exclusive coupon codes. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts provided by EVA Air. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
6. Members shall check if the instant discount is applied before settling the payment. EVA Air has no liability if a Member is unable to enjoy any of the Offer.
7. EVA Air and CTM reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. In case of any dispute regarding this promotion, EVA Air and CTM reserve the right of final interpretation and decision. Customers are bound by the respective service agreement. All products and gifts are available while stock lasts.
9. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
