# If customers apply for 1Gbps / 2Gbps Fiber 360° plan before 17:00, the installation can be completed within 2 working days at the earliest. If the customer applies after 17:00, it will be regarded as an application for the next day and the express installation arrangement will be postponed. The specific express installation date will be determined based on the installation schedule. If it cannot be met, someone will contact the customer and provide the fastest installation date.
