1. This OnePlay Cloud Gaming Platform Service (the “Cloud Gaming Service”) terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the provision and use of the Cloud Gaming Service. Unless the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the customer shall not use the Cloud Gaming Service. 2. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all mobile service plans. When local plan customers use the "Cloud Gaming Service" in Macau, the data usage generated will be deducted from the free usage of the service plan. If the data usage exceeds the usage included in the service plan, the additional usage will be calculated according to local mobile data charges. For customers of “321 Plan”, the data usage generated when using the Cloud Gaming Service in Hong Kong and Mainland China will be deducted from the free usage of the service plan. If the data usage exceeds the usage included in the service plan, additional usage will be charged according to the local mobile data. 3. Downloading and using the Cloud Gaming Service will consume local mobile data usage. When customer uses and downloads the Cloud Gaming Service while roaming, he/she shall pay the additional roaming data usage charged by respective mobile network operation. To avoid excessive mobile data usage, customer is suggested to use the Cloud Gaming Service on Wi-Fi network whenever possible. 4. Each mobile number could only apply for a Cloud Gaming Service account once. 5. Cloud Gaming Service is a once-off charge based on the game time and the validity period. Upon expiration of the validity period, the remaining game time will be automatically forfeited. Except as provided in section 20 below, the fees mentioned in this section are not refundable, non-exchangeable or non-transferable to any other services. 6. After the game time is over, customer shall purchase game time again to continue using Cloud Gaming Service. 7. To use the Cloud Gaming Service, customer must purchase the games from online game stores (Steam, Epic, Ubisoft, Blizzard, EA, Microsoft, and Fanatical) in advance. For the games available for Cloud Gaming Service, please refer to the game library in OnePlay Cloud Gaming Platform Service webpage (https://www.oneplay.in). 8. Notwithstanding clause 6 above, the maximum gaming time for customer is 6 hours per day (from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59) for ensuring a balanced gaming experience for users and to help prevent excessive screen time. 9. Unless otherwise agreed by CTM, the Cloud Gaming Service is only provided to customer for personal and non-commercial use. The subscription, access or delivery of the Cloud Gaming Service does not grant or transfer any commercial use rights in Cloud Gaming Service or the content therein to customer. 10. All contents of Cloud Gaming Service are provided by third party. CTM is not liable to any quality, nature, accuracy, and utility of the Cloud Gaming Service. 11. In order to login and use Cloud Gaming Service regularly, customer shall check whether his or her device(s) is / are compatible with Cloud Gaming Service”. Customer shall download OnePlay Cloud Gaming Platform application on their smart devices in advance and may need to update it regularly, otherwise the use of the Cloud Gaming Service may be affected. 12. Since Cloud Gaming Service is a once-off charge based on the game time and service validity period, if the customer terminates or applies for suspension of the Cloud Gaming Service, no refund will be made. If the customer terminates or applies for suspension of his/her mobile/ internet service or the customer is being cancelled the internet mobile or service for non-fulfilment of payment obligation within due date, the Cloud Gaming Service will be terminated at the same time, and even the validity period is not expired, the remaining game time will be also be forfeited and the service fee is non-refundable. However, if the customer uses the "Cloud Gaming Service" on a monthly fee basis, the service fee for the remaining game time that has not expired will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. 13. SMS alert, SMS notification or confirmation SMS may be delayed due to telecommunication network. The contents of the SMS are for reference only and shall be subjected to the latest records of CTM. 14. If customer is found or suspected to have fraudulently, deceived, unlawful, or improperly use of Cloud Gaming Service, CTM has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, remove, discontinue, or disable access to Cloud Gaming Service at any time and without prior notice. 15. Customer agrees to be bound by CTM’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Privacy Statement of OnePlay Cloud Gaming Platform Service and General Terms & Conditions for the use of the Cloud Gaming Service. The terms and conditions is available on OnePlay Cloud Gaming Platform Service website (https://www.oneplay.in). 16. Neither the title nor wording in the content of the Cloud Gaming Service represents CTM's position. 17. The Cloud Gaming Service contains proprietary information and materials (including but not limited to audio, video and software) owned by third parties, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright. Customer agrees not to use such proprietary information or materials in any way other than as provided for in these Terms and Conditions. 18. CTM reserves the right to change the content in Cloud Gaming Service provided to customer at any time without prior notice. CTM does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the use of the Cloud Gaming Service will be uninterrupted, safe, secure or error-free. The Cloud Gaming Service is provided to customer on an "as is" and "as available" basis only. CTM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. 19. For the purpose of providing the Cloud Gaming Service, CTM will process and collect customer’s data, including but not limited personal data contained in customer's Cloud Gaming Service account and his or her mobile number, in accordance with CTM's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection and Processing Statement. The customer acknowledges and agrees that for the use of Cloud Gaming Service, CTM will provide the customer's data to third-party provider(s), and transfers the customer’s data outside Macau when necessary and in strict compliance with applicable laws, especially the statutory requirements on cross-border transfer of personal data. 20. If Cloud Gaming Service includes the provision of any product(s), the relevant product may include the payment of a deposit. If the customer purchases the Cloud Gaming Service online, the period of exercising the right of early termination of Cloud Gaming Service shall be calculated from the date of acquisition of the product(s) by the customer obtains and if the customer terminates the Cloud Gaming Service within this period, the customer shall return the product(s) to CTM. Notwithstanding, if the product(s) had been unpacked or cannot be returned due to other reasons, the relevant product deposit will not be refunded (if any) and/or a penalty will be payable to CTM.
- The CTM Home Media OnePlay x HKTVmall $50 Voucher Campaign (the "Campaign") is jointly organized by Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited and Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau, S.A.R.L. (Referred to as the "Organizers"). - The promotion period starts from 00:00 on July 22, 2024, to 23:59 on October 31, 2024.
