1. This service is only applicable to customers who use the internet services.
2. Customers are required to pay a deposit for related equipment, The Customer shall pay the cost of the deposit Equipment as follows: Huawei (K562/K562E/WA8021V5/WA8011Y/WA8011V) Router ($500); Huawei (HG8145X6N/HG8245Q2/HS8245W) All in one Router ($800); Asus RT-AC1200G Router ($500); Asus RT-AC88U Router ($1,500); Asus RT-AX89X (10Gbps) Router ($4,500).
3. The relevant equipment should be returned at the same time when the customer terminates the Wi-Fi Butler Service. If the Equipment is lost or CTM believes at its sole discretion that the damage is beyond normal wear-and-tear, Customer shall pay the cost of the lost or damaged Equipment as follows:
Fiber 360° Main Router Huawei HG8141XR-10 ($1,400); Huawei V163 ($2,788); Fiber 360° Slave Router Huawei K153 ($700); Fiber Broadband Modem ($800); Power Adaptor for Fiber Broadband Modem ($100); Huawei Router (K562/K562E/WA8021V5/WA8011Y/WA8011V)($500); Huawei All in one Router (HG8145X6N/HG8245Q2/HS8245W)($1,000); Asus RT-AC1200G Router ($850); Asus RT-AC88U Router ($1,500); Asus RT-AX89X (10Gbps) Router ($4,500); Asus RT-AX89X SFP USB ($500).
4. If Customer exercises the right to freely terminate the contract in accordance with the Macau Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law after confirming the successful installation of the Equipment, the installation fee of the installed Equipment will not be refunded.
5. To ensure a stable Wi-Fi 7 experience, if customers require an extra router, you should use the same brand and model, or can purchase the same Wi-Fi 7 product from CTM.
6. Wi-Fi 7 routers purchased through CTM Fiber Broadband Service include Wi-Fi Butler Service with free on-site installation and testing by CTM professional technicians. A complimentary Wi-Fi Butler router will be provided temporarily if the router requires maintenance. The model of the temporary router will be subject to CTM based on the available models at the time.
7. All prices are in MOP. The offer is bound by the related terms and conditions.
