1. The promotion period is from September 19 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive and transaction date determined) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
2. This promotion is only applicable to Tai Fung CTM Credit Cards (hereinafter referred to as "CTM Credit Cards") issued in Macau by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Card Company").
3. During the Promotion Period, customers who make a single retail transaction of MOP4,000 or more (with a confirmed transaction slip) using their CTM Credit Card at any CTM store will receive a 5000mAh USB-C power bank (CCC certified) (value: MOP178) (the "Gift") and a rebate of MOP100 from the Card Company (the "Reward").
4. All eligible transactions must be calculated based on the final net MOP amount payable after deducting all discounts and cash coupons/gift cards/vouchers. This amount must be verified by the card company, calculated based on the transaction date, and must be successfully posted at least 7 days after the end of the promotional period.
5. Ineligible transactions include transactions made using e-wallets (linked to a CTM credit card), credit card installment payments, and bill payments.
6. Gifts and rewards during the promotional period are calculated based on a single CTM credit card and are available to both the principal and supplementary cardholders.
7. There are 1,400 rewards available. The MOP100 rebate will be awarded based on the order of transaction date. If transactions are made on the same date, the MOP100 rebate will be awarded to the cardholder with the higher transaction amount. Each CTM credit card is eligible for only one rebate during the entire promotional period. The rebate will be credited to the principal cardholder's account in one lump sum after the promotion ends on February 13, 2026. Rewards for both the principal and supplementary cards will be combined and rebated to the principal card account. The rebate will be reflected on the monthly credit card statement (February or March 2026).
8. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, canceled, or refunded transactions will not qualify for the reward.
9. To be eligible for the reward, the customer's credit card account must be in valid, normal, and in good credit status during the promotional period and at the time the reward is received. If the customer breaches the terms of the cardholder agreement, the cardholder account has been cancelled, has overdue balances, or has a bad record, the reward will not be issued to that account and the reward will be automatically forfeited.
10. All rewards received are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned, transferred, or sold. All rewards received may only be used for retail purchases on the credit card after the rebate is received and cannot be used for cash advances, to pay any finance charges, or to settle outstanding credit card balances accrued before the rebate is received.
11. If any customer engages in split payment or fraud, the card company will immediately disqualify the customer from the reward and debit the credit card account directly for the reward amount. The card company also reserves the right to cancel the credit card and/or take any legal action it deems appropriate.
12. If the transaction used to calculate the reward is canceled after the customer receives the reward, the reward must be returned to the card company. The card company reserves the right to debit the customer's credit card account without further notice.
13. The gift will be delivered to the customer on-site by CTM staff after payment. Replacement and maintenance will be determined by CTM. Gifts are limited to 1,400 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Please contact CTM store staff for details.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. If the maximum number of gifts/rewards has been reached and the promotion period has not yet expired, the card company reserves the right to terminate this promotion immediately without prior notice.
2. Gifts/rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other gifts, returned, or transferred.
3. If any fraud or deception is found, the Card Company will immediately cancel the customer's eligibility for the gift/reward. The Card Company reserves the right to deduct the gift/reward amount from the customer's credit card account without further notice.
4. Cardholders understand and accept that the Card Company and Tai Fung Bank are not the suppliers of the products/services purchased and therefore assume no liability for the quality of the products/services purchased. The merchant is solely responsible for all the services and or products provided.
5. No person other than the customer and the Card Company shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
6. The Card Company, Tai Fung Bank and CTM reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the gift/reward or amend its terms and conditions.
7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Card Company, Tai Fung Bank and CTM shall be final.
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
