Draw Procedure
A total of five winners will be randomly selected by computer. The company will contact the winners via SMS to provide information regarding prize collection based on the contact number registered by the customer.
Announcement and Prize Distribution
The result will be announced on the “CTM Buddy” Facebook page on 19 / 02 / 2025. Winners will receive SMS notifications regarding prize collection within 5 working days of the announcement.
Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period: 13 / 01 / 2025 – 10 / 02 / 2025.
2. Each customer is entitled for 1 winning chance only.
3. Within 5 working days from the date of announcement of the winners, the winners will receive SMS from CTM for prize pick up arrangement.
4. Customer shall follow the T&C of Lucky Draw and prizes.
Conditions of Use for STARLUX flight ticket
1. No reissuance of this certificate if lost, stolen, expired or damaged.
2. Certificate is invalid if expired, copied or altered.
3. STARLUX Complimentary Ticket is only applicable to STARLUX. Codeshare flights; group travel, ancillary or any other travel products are not applicable.
4. The passenger’s information should be completely correct. This certificate cannot be transferred to another passenger.
5. After redemption of this certificate, the ticket is valid for one year. Expired or unused tickets can be refunded but cannot be reissued.
6. The taxes and ticket fare, if any, should be paid by the passenger. The passenger can make the payment at a STARLUX Customer Service Center (except for Airport Ticketing Counters). Acceptable payment methods may differ from each service center.
7. STARLUX Complimentary Ticket cannot be used during embargo periods listed below:
8. The route and booking class of a STARLUX complimentary ticket cannot be changed. The flight date and flight number are changeable. Any change may result in a difference of fare tax amounts due and payment is required. If the original fare is higher than new fare, the overpayment will not be refunded.
9. A completely unused ticket is refundable. Only actual payment of fare and unused taxes can be returned.
10.STARLUX Complimentary Ticket is not applicable to COSMILE program.
11.No children or infant discount can be applied to STARLUX Complimentary Tickets.
12.The refund and reissue fee of a STARLUX complimentary tickets will be charged based on the fare product terms.
13.In case of war, natural disaster or other force majeure factors, the company may cancel the transportation service in accordance with the published transportation terms. For conditions not included hereby, please refer to STARLUX for more details. STARLUX reserves the right to interpret the terms and relevant rules and restrictions, and where any conflict in interpretation exists, the Chinese version shall prevail.
